Welcome to GlobalWelfare: A European Network for Collaboration and Innovation in Health and Chronic Conditions
GlobalWelfare is a European initiative led by the European Kidney Patients’ Federation (EKPF) and ALCER, with support from the [Ministry of XXX], created to foster stronger ties among non-profit organisations working in the fields of health and chronic diseases.
Our mission is to provide a dynamic space where associations from across Europe can meet, collaborate, and grow together. We aim to go beyond simple networking — GlobalWelfare is about building lasting partnerships that drive innovation, amplify local impact, and promote inclusive health policies aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Embarking on our spiritual journey over three decades ago, we have stood as a beacon of hope, fostering a strong sense of fellowship among its members.
Contries represented
We conduct weekly worship services, bringing together an average of 300 individuals each Sunday to celebrate and strengthen their faith.
Webinars Held
Over 100 dedicated volunteers actively contribute to the various ministries and services that make FaithfulGathering a thriving community.
Good practices shared
In the past year, we organized 20+ events, reaching over 1,000 individuals in need through food drives, clothing donations, and support programs.
GlobalWelfare is coordinated by a team with strong experience in patient advocacy, project management, and international cooperation in the health sector.
